ChangeMaker is an innovative approach to equality, diversity, and inclusion training. It employs a combined strategy, integrating art and coaching techniques, to address how individuals perceive and uncover their own biases and perceptions, both conscious and unconscious. Marcus Hunter-Neill is a communications facilitator and leadership mentor who delivers workshops and seminars across the sectors. His experience comes from the performing arts, media, property, and cosmetics sales. With a deep understanding of the power of human interaction, Marcus leverages the principles of neuroscience to reframe limiting habits, empower individuals, and spark breakthroughs within teams. He firmly believes that every employee is a vital building block in the intricate fabric of any successful company. Compassionate leadership is at the core of his philosophy.
