Tech Skills Share (TS3) training introduces the concept of creative digital communication skills. It provides a blend of transferable practical skills and self-development applicable to the creative sector, to the wider contemporary job market, and for the creative development of the individual.
The young people that engage with vocational and community training providers thrive on the practical approach that alternative learning models provide. TS3 training builds skills and experience with that creative edge that has become so desirable in every sector of employment.
TS3 is aimed at young people aged 16 to 25 years who are not in mainstream education, or are requiring additional skills training for career preparation. It can function as a composite of discrete communications disciplines, or each module can be delivered on a stand-alone basis. Participants will also receive industry-led accreditation.

HERE’S HOW
Develops digital literacy and adds technical skillsets.
Media skills - e.g., presentation / public speaking, and conveying messages visually - provide a quantum leap in communication skills;
Blended and adaptive learning: a tailored learning experience that adapts to individual preferences and skill gaps ensures that training is relevant and engaging.
Short, targeted learning modules (microlearning) improve knowledge retention.
Gamified Learning: Incorporating game elements into training programs increases engagement and motivation
Boosts self-expression and confidence.
Improves collaboration and teamworking skills.
Develops strategic thinking: young people learn to tailor their message based on the platform, audience etc., making them adaptable communicators.
TS3 is available to all training providers as individual modules or as a full programme. You can also arrange stand-alone sessions at Wheelworks Techstudio.
