ChangeMaker is an innovative approach to equality, diversity, and inclusion training. It employs a combined strategy, integrating art and coaching techniques, to address how individuals perceive and uncover their own biases and perceptions, both conscious and unconscious. Watch the short video below of Ryan Rankin, from Queen’s University Belfast, and Catherine McCory from Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon Council, talk about their experience of taking in part in one of these sessions.

The next ChangeMaker session is on 22nd February 2024, from 10 am to 1 pm, at the Wheelworks Arts’ offices in central Belfast. More information is available here.
