ArtCart Sets Sail: A Resounding Success at the Belfast Maritime Festival

The WheelWorks ArtCart made its splendid appearance at the Belfast Maritime Festival on September 9th and 10th, 2023. The festival, held at Queen's Quay and Belfast Harbour Marina, offered a plethora of artistic activities that delighted attendees of all ages. For those aged 13 and above, a Virtual Reality "Walk the Plank" experience was on offer, providing an exhilarating adventure that transported participants to the high seas. Additionally, an Augmented Reality adventure featuring boat-themed Quiver sheets captivated the imaginations of attendees, offering a unique blend of technology and creativity.

For those inclined towards more traditional artistic pursuits, the ArtCart offered a variety of traditional arts and Crafts activities. Attendees could indulge in sticker creation, allowing them to express their artistic flair, or engage in the intricate art of origami boat folding, perfect for those seeking a hands-on nautical experience.
