Off to thE country…

So last week we sent our intrepid Good Relations Officer, Lesley Cherry, back to the beautiful country side of Co Antrim, to drop off the Tidal Toome #ChangeMaker artwork created by local community and youth leaders.

The course was designed to enhance equality, diversity and inclusion practices, understand and appreciate unconscious biases, while fostering a sense of belonging and inclusion in the workplace, leading to happier, contented and more productive staff. Mind you, working in these beautiful surrounding, how could you be anything but happy!!
