ChangeMaker Workshops TIDAL Toome

Our final ChangeMaker workshops are now taking place with the TIDAL Toome community group in the Antrim and Newtownabbey borough council area.

ChangeMaker is a cultural intelligence and empowerment training programme especially designed for community leaders, youth workers and community gatekeepers.

 It’s about developing our ‘Cultural Intelligence’ and aims to give people the know-how of how we interact with people who we perceive are and/or different from us.

The ChangeMaker uses art as a catalyst and medium to promote change by getting people to express themselves creatively and use that expression as a subject of dialogue and debate.

Paul Tracey and Sonali Mondol our ChangeMaker facilitators have been made more than welcome at the Lock Keepers Cottage centre and are astounded by the creativity, questioning and enthusiasm of the group.
