VR LIABILITY

Due to the unpredictable nature of the human response to virtual reality (VR) (dizziness, nausea, seizures, fear of heights, bumping into objects, etc.) We require all parents/legal guardians of children between 10 and 13 years of age to sign this waiver releasing WheelWorks from any liability regarding your (or your child/dependent/minor's) Oculus Quest 2 (HMD), the Cyber shoes, Sensogloves and/or any other item of WheelWorks Arts VR equipment.

Oculus VR do NOT recommend that children under the age of 13 use the VR headsets. More information about VR and the risks associated Guardians/Parents/Carers can access:

All participants are advised to stop using VR equipment if they feel any discomfort whatsoever.
