Empowering Change: Exploring EDI through ChangeMaker Training

Today, we held a very successful ChangeMaker training day. ChangeMaker is a transformative learning experience, combining coaching and art techniques to explore the importance of equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in the workplace.

Through a series of interactive sessions, participants will gain practical skills, deepen their understanding of biases, and discover creative approaches to building an inclusive work environment.

Representatives from Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council, NI Council for Integrated Education, Chief Officers Third Sector, Education Authority, and Queen’s University Belfast attended the training session.
